Exceptional, they deserve every success
Three couples meeting up in Inveraray to celebrate a family birthday so we experienced three very different rooms, all excellent in quality and (in the case of the attic apartment) quirkiness. From the very friendly welcome at check-in to the cheery service at breakfast we were provided with top quality service and would highly recommend a visit to Brambles Hotel (we’ve dined in the tearoom/restaurant previously and there is a very good reason you may have to queue during the summer months). If only every town in Scotland could offer such exceptional service, quality food and good value!
Fantastic establishment
Stayed at Brambles for four nights during the Inveraray Highland games. We have visited Brambles many times previously for meals and were very impressed, so decided to book accommodation for this year. We were not disappointed. The new Campbell Wing was superb. Staff cannot do enough for you. We have already booked for next year. Thank you to Stuart and Victoria for making our trip so wonderful. Special mention to Heather who greets you in the cafe every time with the best welcoming smile we have ever seen. Also special mention to male member of staff who went beyond the call of duty to take our cases round to the bus stop out of hours (didn’t get his name). Thank you so very much. You truly are a wonderful team. Other establishments could learn a lot from you!
Fabulous stay at Brambles.
Main Street position. Very welcoming. Fabulous large rooms with super comfy king bed. Great shower and very spacious bathroom. Extremely friendly yet very professional staff. Buffet breakfast provided had a great choice and very good coffee. Lovely cafe for lunch. Definitely be back when next in the area. Highly recommended.
Cracking Spot in Inverary!
Located in the centre of town with ample parking nearby this is a gem. Lovely kids running the establishment. Fully engaged with guests. Rooms are spacious with King Beds and large bathrooms with lashings of hot water. Complimentary Continental breakfasts were delicious served in the street level Brasserie. The place had energy and a real buzz. We loved it and couldn’t thank staff enough.
Wonderful weekend at Brambles Inverary.
Stayed for two nights in the Loch View apartment. Absolutely stunning. Magnificent location charming well equipped 2 bed upper apartment right on Loch Fyne . The staff are so friendly and welcoming they really made us feel at home. Brambles cafe is superb . Great food all freshly prepared. First visit certainly won’t be our last.
Fantastic overnight stay
Absolutely fantastic accommodation in Inveraray. Gorgeous room with stunning bathroom which had a stand alone bath and a walk in shower. Very comfortable beds, had a great sleep. Continental breakfast included and it was very nice, hot breakfast also available. The eggs Benedict were amazing.
Excellent on every level
My favourite cafe in my favourite town. I was served by Heather & Alfie, the former was training the latter. The coffee was lovely & the homemade blueberry & lemon cake was divine. I also purchased a second slice of cake – Victoria Sandwich, also homemade – to take away & that was also divine. The cafe is always busy, a sure sign of it’s high standards, yet I was & always have been, treated like I’m their only customer. The personal service is a big part of why its my favourite cafe. It was busy but no-one was rushed or overlooked.
Brambles, a wee gem of a place
This was our 3rd visit to Brambles cafe. Its such a great spot. The food is delicious….try the apple strudel🍎 ❤️ . The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Heather and all the staff are so friendly. A wee gem of a place. We’ll definitely be back.

100% the comfiest sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel, I’ve arrived home and ordered the same pillows (fyi not cheap..!) scrumptious complimentary breakfast. Stunning bathroom with gorgeous Roll top bath. Wonderfully helpful staff. All in all a fantastic stay at the Brambles x
